In Bloom Team

Melissa Isaak

Melissa is the owner of the studio, as well as a yoga and barre instructor focused on strength-based, inclusive movement. Her classes emphasize choice, awareness, and sustainable practice, supporting students to feel grounded, confident, and at ease in their bodies.

Melissa Isaak

Hi, I’m Melissa — the owner, space holder, and creative force behind In Bloom.

I created this studio with the belief that yoga and movement should meet you where you are — not ask you to be more flexible, more spiritual, or more anything before you begin. I encourage you to show up as your true, authentic self, no special clothing or accesories needed. I strive to hold spaces that are always human first, that center curiosity, intention, and the full human experience. I am passionate about creating spaces that feel inclusive, grounding, and human; where you can feel supported and empowered.

My classes are rooted in functional strength, somatic experience, mobility, and mindfulness, with options offered throughout so every body can move in a way that feels supportive and empowering. I value sustainable practices that meet you as you are today, not yesterday you, or future you. I’m especially passionate about helping students feel grounded in their bodies, build confidence, and leave feeling steady rather than depleted.

I teach and lead from a place of listening — to breath, to sensation, and to the needs of the people in the room. This studio is meant to feel welcoming, safe, and human: a place where you’re encouraged to move with intention, rest when needed, are given full autonomy to make choices for you that allows for trust in yourself.

Stacey Rey Acosta

Stacey Rey Acosta

Namaste, I'm Stacey Rey Acosta, mother of 5 in a biracial union,
healing intergenerationally with my family. With 30+ years of
experience in psychology-infused movement practices, from competitive
gymnastics and cheerleading to yoga, psychology, and trauma-informed
coaching, I blend East & West, ancient wisdom & modern science.
Certified in advanced yoga, NLP, hypnosis, and trauma therapy, I
create safe spaces for mind-body connection, empowering you to heal
and grow. With humour, vulnerability, and grace, I'm here to guide you
out of the rat race. In classes, we'll cultivate presence, release
tension, regulate your nervous system, and detox from unhealthy
lifestyles, nourishing your body, mind, and spirit. Let's step into
wholeness, together.

Kyle Roesler

Kyle’s intention as a teacher is to create space for students to arrive as they are, move with awareness, and explore their practice with curiosity. He hopes students leave class feeling more centred, connected, and a little closer to themselves.

Kyle Roesler

Yoga has become one of the most transformative practices in Kyle’s life. What began as curiosity and an exploration of a different relationship with movement gradually revealed something much deeper. Through years of practice, yoga has offered him moments of insight, steadiness, and connection that continue to shape the way he lives both on and off the mat.

Although Kyle has always been drawn to movement, he feels most inspired by the quieter and more contemplative aspects of yoga—particularly mantra, pranayama, and meditation. These practices have shown him the power of breath, stillness, and presence in ways that are difficult to fully capture in words.

Kyle’s intention as a teacher is to create space for students to arrive as they are, move with awareness, and explore their practice with curiosity. He hopes students leave class feeling more centred, connected, and a little closer to themselves.

Stephanie Pasceri

Hi! I’m Stephanie and as a yoga teacher, I believe yoga should feel accessible, supportive, and welcoming for every body.

Stephanie Pasceri

Hi! I’m Stephanie and as a yoga teacher, I believe yoga should feel accessible, supportive, and welcoming for every body. For that reason, I sought trainings that emphasized inclusivity, choice, and body awareness. I understand that each person arrives on their mat with a unique story and I aim to create classes where students feel supported rather than pushed.
I’m certified in both Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga. My classes focus on gentle exploration, mindful movement, and creating a calm space where students can move at their own pace, rest when needed, and connect more deeply with themselves. It is my goal to help people feel more at home in their own bodies.

Lauren Whitson

Lauren is a mom of three kids and 2 fur babies. Enjoys walking with my spouse, warm yoga on chilly days, and at home movie nights with the family. I’ve been teaching fitness since 2021 but have been practicing yoga for almost 20 years.

Nicole LeBlanc

I try and make my classes accessible and welcoming to everyone regardless of age, gender, appearance or ability. Exercise should be about having fun, feeling good and getting healthy, not about perfection, expectation or comparison. So leave your insecurities at home and come and join me in class.

Nicole LeBlanc

My name is Nicole LeBlanc, I grew up in Sturgeon County and have lived here most of my life so I am very excited to have the opportunity to teach again locally!
Previously, I taught barre at Sculpt Barre and then Sculpt Fit in Spruce Grove before we had to close our doors with the pandemic. I have also recently finished my 200 hour yoga training through Ekatra School of Traditional Yoga and will be continuing with the 300 hour course in September.

I believe the benefits of exercise and yoga on the body and mind are something that everyone should experience, so I try and make my classes accessible and welcoming to everyone regardless of age, gender, appearance or ability.
Exercise should be about having fun, feeling good and getting healthy, not about perfection, expectation or comparison. So leave your insecurities at home and come and join me in class!!
