For expecting mothers at every stage. 

Join us at In Bloom Wellness Studio for a 4-week journey designed to help you nourish your body, mind, and budding babe. This series focuses on gentle, intentional movement to help you regulate your nervous system, maintain physical strength, and prepare for birth and beyond.

Open to all trimesters, this series offers a supportive space to connect with your baby and your community. 

We focus on: 

  • Nervous System Regulation: Calming breathwork and meditation to reduce stress and find ease.
  • Physical Maintenance: Gentle yoga flows to build functional strength and relieve common pregnancy aches like hip and back tension.
  • Birth Preparation: Movement and mindfulness techniques to help you feel empowered and ready for your labor journey.
  • Community: A chance to move alongside other local mamas-to-be in a warm, welcoming environment.
This is a 4 week series. Four participants are required to run this series. Partners are welcome. Please register both participants individually. This series is a ticket format and separate from existing passes you may have.
