Hot yoga fusion
A dynamic and energetic yoga fusion. Taking movement inspiration from yoga, pilates, and mat based fitness. This class starts with a gentle warm up, slowly builds heat in the core, and moves on to have a variety of yoga vinyasa, combined with other mat based movements. Hand weights, bands, pilates balls, or other props may be integrated into class as options.  This class is a fitness based class that engages core, glutes, legs, and upper body.  Every class ends with savasana and a cold cloth.
Please bring a mat, water bottle, and arrive 5 minutes or more before class start time. If you do not have a mat, there are communal studio mats you may borrow. If you have reserved online and can not make it, please cancel 2 hours before. Failure to cancel will be considered 1 single class attendance, or have a drop in fee of $20.00 for unlimited passes.
