Melissa is the owner of the studio and a yoga teacher focused on strength-based, inclusive movement. Her classes emphasize choice, awareness, and sustainable practice, supporting students to feel grounded, confident, and at ease in their bodies.
Kyle’s intention as a teacher is to create space for students to arrive as they are, move with awareness, and explore their practice with curiosity. He hopes students leave class feeling more centred, connected, and a little closer to themselves.

Lauren is a mom of three kids and 2 fur babies. Enjoys walking with my spouse, warm yoga on chilly days, and at home movie nights with the family. I’ve been teaching fitness since 2021 but have been practicing yoga for almost 20 years.
I try and make my classes accessible and welcoming to everyone regardless of age, gender, appearance or ability. Exercise should be about having fun, feeling good and getting healthy, not about perfection, expectation or comparison. So leave your insecurities at home and come and join me in class.
