Yoga has become one of the most transformative practices in Kyle’s life. What began as curiosity and an exploration of a different relationship with movement gradually revealed something much deeper. Through years of practice, yoga has offered him moments of insight, steadiness, and connection that continue to shape the way he lives both on and off the mat.

Although Kyle has always been drawn to movement, he feels most inspired by the quieter and more contemplative aspects of yoga—particularly mantra, pranayama, and meditation. These practices have shown him the power of breath, stillness, and presence in ways that are difficult to fully capture in words.

Kyle’s intention as a teacher is to create space for students to arrive as they are, move with awareness, and explore their practice with curiosity. He hopes students leave class feeling more centred, connected, and a little closer to themselves.
