Prioritize your mental health and physical recovery with this release and reset. Whether you're post work out or post busy day, we blend breath work, meditation, slow yin movements with long held supported postures to repair muscles, improve flexibility, and clear mental stress. Settle under our soothing heated panels as chilled cloths stimulate your vagus nerve to quiet a racing mind. This nervous system recharge uses soft lighting to prime your body for its deepest sleep-a reminder that this level of care isn't a luxury, it's a cellular necessity for regulating health. Release the day, prep your system for sleep, and give your cells and yourself the rest you deserve, unapologetically.

Please bring a mat, water bottle, and arrive 5 minutes or more before class start time. If you do not have a mat, there are communal studio mats you may borrow. If you have reserved online and can not attend, please cancel at least 2 hours before. Failure to cancel in the 2 hour time frame will be considered a late cancelation and be subject to the loss of the drop in or one pass from your class pass, or have a drop in fee of $15 for unlimited passes.
