A warm yoga class for those tight hips and hamstrings. Beginning with some gentle warm ups and stretching, and moving on to various seated, kneeling or standing postures to target range of motion, flexibility, release tension, as well as reducing lower back pain. This class utilizes a variety of postures, props, and movements all in a warm room under infrared heat. The class ends with supported restorative postures to foster deep relaxation, preparing the mind and body for a restful sleep.
Please bring a mat, water bottle, and arrive 5 minutes or more before class start time. If you do not have a mat, there are communal studio mats you may borrow. If you have a reserved online and can not make it, please cancel 2 hours before. Failure to cancel will be considered a no show and will be 1 punchpass, or have a drop in fee of $20 for unlimited passes.
