Using a variety of dynamic, strength and stabilizing movements and inviting in curiosity about what movement and mobility feels like in your body. Empowering you to tune-in and feel your practice to support long-term wellness. Slow and steady is designed for every body and encourages you to be curious, intentional, open-minded, and joyous about moving your body!
Please bring a mat, water bottle, and arrive 5 minutes or more before class start time. If you do not have a mat, there are communal studio mats you may borrow. If you have reserved online and can not make it, please cancel 2 hours before. Failure to cancel will be considered 1 single class attendance, or have a drop in fee of $20.00 for unlimited passes.
