Ready to level up your pilates practice? This intermediate mat pilates class builds on the basics with flowing sequences designed to challenge your core, improve stability, and leave you feeling stronger from head to toe. Expect a mix of classic pilates exercises and creative variations improving balance, posture, and flexibility. Options and progressions will be offered so you can challenge yourself while moving at a pace that feels right for you.

Recommended for: Participants with previous mat Pilates experience who are comfortable with the fundamentals and ready to add some progression.

Please bring a mat, water bottle, and arrive 5 minutes or more before class start time. If you do not have a mat, there are communal studio mats you may borrow. If you have reserved online and can not attend, please cancel at least 2 hours before. Failure to cancel in the 2 hour time frame will be considered a no show and will be subject to the loss of the drop in or one pass from your class pass, or have a drop in fee of $20 for unlimited passes
