Have a teen that is yoga curious, or loves yoga? Maybe you really want to bring your preteen to a yoga class that is more energetic than a gentle class but not a hot power flow? Enter warm vinyasa. Offering up a variety of dynamic movements, held postures, interesting balances, and engaging young minds. Yoga is an excellent way to connect mind & body, to improve both proprioception and interoception, to teach resiliency and emotional regulation skills.

This class is for pre-teen through adults. Ages 13+ may attend without an adult, 9-12 may attend with a guardian or older teen. The 11-13 age may be left to the discretion of the instructor for pre teens who are respectful, or not respectful of the space. This class is for pre teens and up, we want our children and teens to be in our spaces, to be excited about yoga, and enjoy all the benefits it has to offer. Because this class is preteen and older there may be giggling, laughing, talking, or other  unexpected behaviours you may not usually see in a yoga class, we do not see it as a disruption, we see it as joyful peer, family, and community connection. 

We have student and children passes available for purchase in studio. Children(9-15) Drop in $16+GST Children pass 5 for $70+GST

Please bring a mat, water bottle, and arrive 5 minutes or more before class start time. If you do not have a mat, there are communal studio mats you may borrow. If you have reserved online and can not attend, please cancel atleast 2 hours before. Failure to cancel in the 2 hour time frame will be considered a late cancelation and be subject to the loss of the drop in or one pass from your class pass, or have a drop in fee of $20 for unlimited passes.
