Yoga Sculpt Flow is a powerful fusion of vinyasa yoga, strength training, and mindful conditioning designed to elevate your practice from the inside out. You’ll move through flowing sequences that build heat, then layer in sculpting intervals using bodyweight or optional props such as light weights, bands, or mini balls to challenge your muscles and boost endurance. The class is set in a moderate‑temperature room, offering warmth and comfort without the intensity of hot yoga. Perfect for anyone looking to deepen their yoga practice while adding a fun, athletic edge. All levels are welcome, previous yoga experience may be helpful. Variations and progressions are offered. Ending with a savasana to move into your evening refreshed, invigorated and ready to start slowing down for evening rest. Yoga Sculpt flow will help you settle into your evening routine feeling more centered and at ease.

Please bring a mat, water bottle, and arrive 5 minutes or more before class start time. If you do not have a mat, there are communal studio mats you may borrow. If you have reserved online and can not attend, please cancel at least 2 hours before. Failure to cancel in the 2 hour time frame will be considered a late cancelation and be subject to the loss of one pass from your class pass, or have a drop in fee of $15 for unlimited passes.
