Beginner friendly. This yoga class is meant to help maintain, or increase mobility and range of motion using gentle movements, while connecting both the physical and subtle body. Every class starts with a short meditation, or connecting to breath. The body of the class introduces both repeated movement patterns to help find some ease in the body, and maintain range of motion, and more novel movements. Perfect for individuals looking for some gentle mobility work, or anyone who wants to age with a little more ease in the body. Compliments other fitness training and most lifestyles very well. Class ends with a cool cloth and lovely Savasana for restoration and relaxation.
Please bring a mat, water bottle, and arrive 5 minutes or more before class start time. If you do not have a mat, there are communal studio mats you may borrow. If you have reserved online and can not make it, please cancel 2 hours before. Failure to cancel will be considered a no show and loss of 1 single class attendance, or have a drop in fee of $15.00 for unlimited passes.
