Barre is a low‑impact, full‑body workout inspired by ballet, Pilates, yoga, and strength training. You don’t need dance experience — the “barre” is simply a support you hold onto for balance while you move. Using small, controlled movements, high repetitions, and light props like weights, resistance bands, and balls, barre strengthens and sculpts your muscles in a deep, targeted way. At In Bloom we use the wall, our own strength, or a chair for the "barre".
This 45‑minute barre class is designed to build endurance, strength, and stamina through high‑rep, low‑impact movement. Expect pulsing holds, slow burners, and dynamic combinations that build heat and keep your muscles engaged from start to finish. The pace is steady and athletic, designed to elevate your heart rate while staying gentle on your joints. Each section is intentionally layered to build heat, and increase muscular endurance in your core, glutes, legs, and upper body.
