A powerhouse fusion of Pilates core, barre, and yoga-bogalates, boga, barrelates yoga- whatever you prefer to call this fun fusion! Mat Sculpt delivers a high-repetition, low-impact workout that heavily features deep core conditioning blended with barre muscle endurance, then adding fluid transitions, focused balanced and feel good stretches from yoga. Sculpt starts with connection to breath and mindful movement, and features a wide variety of movement practice to engage and move the entire body. Connect to powerful breath, mindful movement, and cultivate resiliency in mind and body. Sculpt is a balanced full-body fitness class. Classes use a mix of body weight, and may incorporate props such as light to moderate weights, stability balls, and resistance bands. Leave the mat feeling strong, aligned, and completely energized. Variations and options offered to all fitness levels, so you feel strong and confident where you are today. 

Please bring a mat, water bottle, and arrive 5 minutes or more before class start time. If you do not have a mat, there are communal studio mats you may borrow. If you have reserved online and can not make it, please cancel no less than 2 hours before. Failure to cancel will be considered a no show and will be 1 punchpass, or have a drop in fee of $15.00 for unlimited passes.  If you have reserved a spot on the waitlist, assume that you will be attending the class, as emails may arrive up until class start time. If you no longer wish to attend that class, please remove yourself from the waitlist. If you are moved from the waitlist and do not attend, it will be considered a no show. If you have an unlimited pass, the no show fee/late cancelation fee must be paid before you can attend a class, or purchase a new pass.
