Join us at in Bloom for a collaborative yoga and sound healing for stress relief and restoration. Yoga Nidra will be guided by Melissa Isaak with sound bath provided by Shannon Montpetit of Wellness 360.
Settle in and get cozy while a yoga nidra gently guides you into a deeply receptive state to let the healing tones of a sound bath wash over body, mind, and spirit. During your sound experience, you may choose to have a gentle restorative adjustment of gentle hands on touch to shoulders, neck, temples, or legs. This is completely optional. You will be guided out of nidra when the sound bath ends, and given some time for quiet integration and reflection.
Take a break from the noise of everyday life and settle in to rest within the warm, inviting energy of the studio while being immersed in the soothing, meditative tones of a sound bath. Give yourself the gift of this deeply calming, and restorative experience. You’re invited to slow down, breathe, and get cozy. Ease stress, calm anxiety, and invite a sense of inner stillness.
There are bolsters, blankets, and mats available for use in studio, however you may wish to bring your own items to help you rest comfortably for the duration of the nidra and sound bath.
Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to this event to prepare yourself, and any props you may like to use. This is a ticketed event and requires an ticket to attend. There are no refunds on special events or workshops.
