A dynamic blend of Barre fitness with a sweet restorative recovery. This class pairs the signature barre burn with intentional recovery sequences to leave you feeling strong and balanced.

You'll move through endurance‑based strength sets using props like light weights, bands, and balls to target glutes, legs, core, and upper body with precise, controlled movement. Expect that satisfying shake and heat as you build stability and power on the mat.

The first 45 minutes are spent building heat, strength, and full body engagement. Then you will transition into guided stretching to release tension, improve mobility, and create spaciousness through the hips, shoulders, and spine. Breathwork and mindful pacing help the nervous system settle so you leave class feeling both energized and deeply restored.

Perfect for anyone wanting strength with a softer landing — athletic, accessible, and designed to support your whole system.

Please bring a mat, water bottle, and arrive 5 minutes or more before class start time. If you do not have a mat, there are communal studio mats you may borrow. If you have reserved online and can not make it, please cancel no less than 2 hours before. Failure to cancel will be considered a no show and will be 1 punchpass, or have a drop in fee of $15.00 for unlimited passes.  If you have reserved a spot on the waitlist, assume that you will be attending the class, as emails may arrive up until class start time. If you no longer wish to attend that class, please remove yourself from the waitlist. If you are moved from the waitlist and do not attend, it will be considered a no show. If you have an unlimited pass, the no show fee/late cancelation fee must be paid before you can attend a class, or purchase a new pass.
